IT Career Mentorship Program

The IT Career Mentorship Program is a community-based initiative designed to support students who are interested in exploring and pursuing careers in technology. In addition to lifetime access to the Careers in Technology course at no cost, students receive individualized guidance to help them better understand their options and take practical next steps.

 

Students receive mentorship focused on career exploration, goal setting, and college readiness. Mentorship sessions provide space to ask questions, discuss interests, and connect personal strengths to real opportunities in fields such as cybersecurity, cloud, networking, software development, and IT support.​​

Students also receive guidance on local scholarships, free training programs, internships, certification resources, and other educational opportunities available within the community. Support may include résumé assistance, interview preparation, and help navigating academic or certification pathways.

 

This program is offered free of charge to eligible students through community partnerships and sponsorship support.
